About Taccle 4 CPD

Taccle projects have been creating resources for educators and teacher trainers for more than 10 years and a previous Taccle project won awards from both the European Commission and from member states for excellence and impact.

This is Taccle 4, Continuing Professional Development.

We have collectively delivered many hundreds of training courses and worked with many more hundreds of excellent educators and we are aware that embedding technology in the classroom still has a long way to go. Many teachers in Europe have received little or no Continuing Professional Development in the use of technology for learning.

Taccle4 CPD is aimed at teacher trainers. This project will promote innovative methods and pedagogies and develop learning materials, tools and actions that support the effective use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education.

On these pages you will find  a tool kit for managers, educational advisors and regional actors promoting the integration of digital technologies in schools; a handbook for teacher trainers; a collection of Open Educational Resources and reports with recommendations for implementation in adult education and VET.
